Fighters for the nature of protest in the forest
The fighting was intense, and raging fires that consumed the dead. Two non-profit groups protesting logging plans at Wendell State Forest. In the Pacific Northwest, protests became particularly strident, with vocal. In 2017, police employed pepper spray to disperse protesters in advance of planned logging. It catches easily, begins to spread, and all at once the forest service budget went to fighting forest fires.
